Napoli Boy's is proudly owned and operated by Michael J Bifulco
Michael has an extensive career as a chef, graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. As a former chef for many elegant establishments Michael is highly skilled in the art of preparing fine foods, he is continually crafting his Ice Cream and Italian Ice from fresh ingredients and original recipes.
